Availability

This offer is a workshop service or improvement, so it has no finite town shelf. Its requirements, purchase-rank limit, cash and material costs still apply.

Repeated material cost

The listed material basket scales by 2 for each existing purchase rank. A zero cash price does not remove these growing material costs.

Listed modifiers

Raw modifier units are retained; fractional stats and flat ratings use different scales. Read the description and live quote before comparing bonuses.
