Outfitters, shelves and commissioned work
Buy the right lot and distinguish stocked goods from workshop services.
Each town carries particular goods
An outfitter offer has its own carrying towns, purchase-lot capacity and restock interval. Ten boxes remaining means ten purchases of the stated box quantity. It does not mean ten individual rounds.
Stock is local to each town. The other-town listings tell you where an offer is carried; in the game, their live stock and your road permissions determine whether you can obtain it now. The wiki is a catalogue, not a live view of your save.
Restocks and services
A purchased shelf refills when its recorded restock deadline is reached. Your game clock governs this, including eligible time away. Carrying an offer and meeting its purchase requirements are separate checks.
Fittings, assembly, charging and similar exchanges are workshop services rather than finite shelf goods. A service can require cash, materials, a level or an earlier fitting. Its unlimited stock does not waive those costs.
Choose what actually helps
Read what the offer grants before paying. A weapon purchase grants equipment; a mechanism lot is a component for a commission; a tool upgrade may permanently improve work; a stockpile divider adds organization rather than storage capacity.
Repeated storage shelves can become more expensive. The offer page lists the first price and escalation schedule. The in-game review is the authority for your current rank, quantity and any earned discount.
